 Super warm & comfy, but not durable January 4, 2009
I'm on my 2nd pair of slippers and while I love the comfort, fit and warmth of them, I have to admit the soles are NOT at all durable. It's a shame really, because other than that, they're great little slippers. If you do buy them do NOT walk outside...only use them inside or the faux cloth suede bottoms will wear out even faster.

I ordered these slippers for my grandson, who wears a 10 1/2 shoe. When they arrived, I found that they were sized completely incorrectly. I wear a size 7 shoe, and perhaps they might have fit me. Since I had ordered the extra large men's size, I had to return them. This was my first disappointment with Amazon, and I was also disappointed that I had to pay the return shipping cost. Think twice before you order these slippers!

Yeah, these slippers rock. Comfy and warm. I was a little concerned because another reviewer said the pull cord on the front got in the way when she had her feet up and legs crossed, but I have had no such problem. I'm definitely a "feet-up" kind of gal, and always cross my legs at the ankles-no problems. The only real concern is going up and down stairs and making sure you tighten the cord so you don't fall and bust your nugget. But that is yet another selling point, is that you have the option to tighten them unlike most other slippers. Definitely recommend these slippers!

I absolutley love these slippers! I wear them at home all the time. They are extremely comfortable and keep your feet warm. I bought these as a gift for my bridesmaids because it was something I loved so much. And for the Holidays I bought my family all a pair and for my husbands birthday I bought him a pair!! If you buy your size and you try them on at first and they are a little snug, dont worry they stretch a little. They will be just right after wearing them a couple times. I first saw them in the U.P. of Michigan a year ago and have found them on Amazon.com for $15 cheaper than what I originally paid for them. I think most people would love these slippers! So far everyone I have given them to has loved them!!!

These seemed to run a little small. I'm normally a 9 or 9 1/2 and the large just fits. I was a little worried about the low back on these, but they hug my heel perfectly.
These slippers keep my feet very warm but not at all sweaty. I can't really tell how warm until I take them off and feel the cold of the house. The bottoms are slightly tacky, so if you have a dog, expect to see some nastiness on the bottoms for the first week or so of wearing (it wears off fairly quickly thankfully).
I will buy these again, and also I've purchased more as gifts.
