possible hazard November 24, 2006 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
Admittedly, I haven't used this product, but it sounds like an invitation to safety hazards to me. The concept encourages taking a bunch of wieght, giving it a bunch of height and a bunch of leverage as you're trying to move the ladder without tipping, and not attatch is all rogether well.
This is probably excessively picky for 90% of uses, but give this to someone less experienced, and the danger increases. This looks like a helpful bag and I can think of times I could have used one, but please be careful.
Ladder Boss Pro September 22, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have used mine daily for over a year, I love it, I can take all the tools plus parts to do the job without getting down off the ladder. It is very well made, the only thing I had to change is the side stiffeners that hold the bag open to go over the top of the ladder, I used 1/4" plywood and the thin stiffener they supplied as the template.
Careful what you order July 10, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
like another customer I too ordered the Pro Tool Bag but received the std one. Amazon customer service was informed and promptly sent a replacement FOC. Unfortunately like the other customer I recieved the basic model again at which stage Amazon told me they would refund since ' the problem with this item is more widespread than we originally thought, we are not able to send another replacement.'

The Ladderboss Pro is an awesome tool holder, However if you want one buy directly from Ladderboss.com. 5 Stars for them I have ordered this item from Amazon and their pickers suck..0 Stars... I ordered the Ladderboss Pro twice and both times I received the cheaper one.. Online rep finally told me to get my money back because I would keep getting the wrong one. What a way to do business. There was no way he could call the distribution point and tell them they were screwing up. The other part that ticked me off is when I finally got to talk to a real person, I couldn't understand him. Teach your customer service reps English that we can understand. How can you talk with anyone who doesn't understand plain English? I really felt like I was talking to a Dell customer service rep. Canned message in a box. Wow, superinteligence.......Grrrrr....

The ladder Boss tool bag has proved to be above and beond what I initially expected. Even though I only use it at home and occationally on small projects elsewhere, it has saved me numerous trips up and down the ladder which equalls time saved. I just finished copper plumbing my house and it was great taking the ladder boss up into the attic, on the ladder, under the sink and setting it on the rear tailgate of my truck. Thanks so much for inventing such a great product, and at an affordable price for not only the daily workers but also us home repair buffs!
