In low range the (0-500), the tool delivers 310in./lbs and in high speed (0-1500) it delivers 80 in./lbs. The three position rubber paddle switch allows users to adjust their hand for maximum control in different applications. The 3/8-inch chuck accepts a wide variety of drill bits and other accessories.

This is a recon drill, it actually came with a couple of smudges on it. I bought recons before and they were very clean. I didn't see scratches or signs of use/abuse just the smudges.
It came with 2 batteries, they are not the EXP batteries, just plain 18v, I didn't know they made them. I checked the desc and there is no claim they are EXP.
Overall the drill works perfect...I put a few of my own scratches and smudges on it, it's a tool it gets used. The batteries are OK, the EXP holps a charge much longer, but these work.
It's a good value, I would recomend it and dealling with tool king was easy and would deal with them again and buy dewalt recons again
The Only Complete Option June 8, 2007
I have tried to do without this tool because its not used all the time but when you need it there is no substitute. I waited on the purchase because of the price but when I saw this reconditioned tool kit I would not miss out!! The power is great and then you get two batteries also. Great deal!

Great tool. More than adequate torque and long battery life. Just wish the forward reverse button was a little easier to access.
Useful from time to time March 9, 2007
When nothing else will suffice, this tool performs very well. We keep these around for occasional use only. Driving a few screws or drilling holes in tight places from time to time, nothing beats it. BUT, it will not handle big bore bits, it is not appropriate for drilling out dozens of studs for electrics, it is not intended to. If that's what you are doing get a powered Milwaukee or DeWalt Right angle drill. This will only burn out and dissapoint you.

The drill works great and arrived in like new condition. Can't tell it's a refurb.
