Heavy Duty September 8, 2008 This was for one of our maintenance guys who is very hard on his equipment. His comment was that that was a very heavy duty drill. Great deal. Thanks
Great drill August 20, 2008 This is an excellent drill. I've owned it for 3 years and used it pretty heavily during that time. The exterior of the drill is pretty beat up at this point, but everything still works the way it should.
A feature I would love to see DeWalt adopt would be to flatten the back side of the drill and battery so that the drill could be set flat on its back and not tip over. This would be really useful when trying to use it in a confines space. I used to have an old Panasonic drill that was made that way, and it was great.
DW Cordless drill July 27, 2008 Best tool dewalt ever made.To bad they have replaced it with a newer one.The new one is smaller but the nose is made of plastic, good for around the house will not hold up on the job for everyday use. DWV
