Amazon.com Product Description Providing superior performance for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, granite, brick, and tile, the DeWalt 7-inch Continuous Rim Industrial Dry Cut Diamond Blade lasts up to 100-times longer than standard abrasive blades. The blade's rim features an advanced diamond matrix reinforced with cobalt steel that provides long life and enhanced material removal. Diamond blades cut faster and easier with less power requirements, and allows for a straight constant depth of cut while eliminating multiple blade changing. This 7-inch blade features a 5/8-inch diamond knock-out arbor, and was designed to be used with 7-inch and 7-1/4-inch circular high-torque saws and worm drive saws. It is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

Worked better than I would have imagined August 31, 2006 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I used this blade on a Makita Hypoid Saw (dry) to cut through reinforced concrete.
I had debated whether I should use this blade on my saw or a large abrasive one on a gas-powered saw (which I'd have to rent). This blade ate through the material surprisingly well. It ate through three inches of concrete with absolutely no problem in two passes. There was no overheating and the cuts were straight and sharp.
I made over fifty cuts so far with no noticeable loss of function. It's well worth the money since a cheaper blade will last you a fraction of the time.
Nice Blade, Lasts Long October 20, 2000 9 out of 11 found this review helpful
Not cheap, but lasts a long time. DeWalt makes a cheaper black diamond blade that only lasts they say 30X. I've also used one of those blades. In comparison, it was not as bad as I thought, and if you only expect to do a little cutting, the thinner kerf and lower price may be for you.
