great saw August 26, 2008
i cut a lot of iron balusters and really like this saw. it has it's very minor flaws but is well worth the money. i have used it for over a year and have had few problems. the stand included for the price-it's a no brainer.

This saw gave me everything I needed for a lot less than the Milwalkee saw with its base. I cut 1/2" solid metal stock and this saw does it with no problem. The cuts seem to be ok but I really don't need straight cuts anyway so I don't pay much attention to how it cuts. Only time will tell how it holds up, but right now I'm enjoying spending the money that I saved.
