Product Description * A set of six high-speed router bits made from high-grade steel and packaged in a reusable plastic case * Ideal for routing, inlaying and mortising in wood and other soft materials * Includes 1each Piloted Beading Router #612, Corner Rounding Router #615, Core Box Router #617, Chamfer Router 618, 1/8" Straight Router #650, and 1/4" Straight Router #654 * Carded
Amazon.com Route, edge, mortise or inlay with this versatile set of bits made just the right size for rotary tools. They're made of high-speed steel, a step down from the preferable carbide tips, but they're plenty tough enough to do the job. You'll find endless uses for the straight bits, and the piloted edge bits with add that extra class to any wood project. It's a nice assortment, we think, and only lacks a nice, classic Roman ogee. How about it, Dremel?--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

Dremel Router Bits August 31, 2008 I like the Dremel router bits for their designs, but I wish they would use carbide to make them last longer. These get dull after just a few uses.

I was surprised at how well these work if you have small projects and do not want to but a router get these they work well and are well designed. The shipping was on time. I only wish they would make more bits
Love the router bits - would like expanded selection March 9, 2008 I love these router bits. Combined with my use of the Dremel router/shaper table, these bits make precise and consistent cuts. I use these for a very specific project, and I'm fortunate that a couple of the bits in the set are just the size I need. However, I'd like to see more bit types and sizes for added routing flexibility.
Great addition to your dremel for small woodworking January 6, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This router bit set is a great addition to any woodworker's Dremel tool. We all know that the Dremel is a great tool to have around for dozens of tasks that you never imagined using it for. I bought my Dremel because I had built some drawers for a chest of drawers and forgotten to route the dado for the drawer bottoms into the drawer fronts of four of the drawers before I glued them together. I was able to use my router to get cut most of the dado, but I needed the dremel to get the last 2" by the edge that my router couldn't reach. These bits and the little Dremel worked perfectly.
I recommend the router bit set as an accessory to your Dremel for small tasks where your full size router won't fit. The bits attach right to the collet of your Dremel tool, so you don't need any other attachments to do freehand routing.
Don't quite measure up to advertising. November 22, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
They say that they are easy to use, but you have to cut in levels to get the depth you need which tends to lead to inaccurate cutting. This is mostly a result of the Dremel tool itself. I burnt out my original tool trying the router blades and had to buy a new one. I have no issue with the company shipping the product. They represented themselves prefectly.
