I Bought this drill press to use in my loading room to pre-pair Rifle & Pistol Cases for Loading Ammo. I use it on the 760 RPM-Spendal speed and it Works Very Well for what I use it for. It`s the SMALLEST mechine I could find to do that type of work. I wished I could fine a drill press Smaller so it wouldn`t take up so much room on my loading bench since I don`t need the Tork" OR the High" Speed Mechine. The price of the mechine is the biggest reason I own it to do that type of work . Gun Loading equipment Manufactors , make WAY" SMALLER - Similar equipment to do what I do with it , BUT".... The Prices Will SCARE" The Hell Outa Ya TOO ! that`s why I use a Small Drill like this one......MUCH MUCH" Cheeper It`s Worth the Money I payed for it.....  Broken tool and BAD VENDOR September 5, 2007
I purchased this drill press for a low price, but it was not a good deal because it didnt't work at all, dead since the first day. I said to myself "I'm not lucky!", but I was much more disappointed when I called Cummins Industrial for the return & refund; they accepted to pay only for the cost of the return shipping and not for the first shipping. Please note that they sent me a not working item ...ZERO STARS!. I didn't give up and I filed a claim with Amazon which resolved the problem with courtesy and professionality (5 stars for Amazon!)
Good value for $65 including shipping March 25, 2007
Shipping was lightning fast! 3 days! Put it together, (minor assembly) great little drill press for $39 bucks (shipping was ~$26.00) you can't go wrong! Top pully cover was a little bent, straightened out fine. Pretty sturdy, seems to work just great. If you need to drill a hole and keep it stright on line, this little press should do the job as long as the piece is not over 4-5 inches tall. Very pleased!

The 1 star is for the price, and I would give it another 1/2 star is there a choice (for the machine finally work), it was an opened item or returned by other customer, easily tell by the inside package bag was cut open, it arrive damaged, I don't know is the company not honest or what, cause the outside package doesn't seem to be abused, and everything was well manage set in place, so I don't see how it get damaged? unless it was already damaged before shipping. when I first turn the machine on, I only hear beesss..... sound, so I figure it should have no sound if the motor isn't working at all, then I look over to the motor part, and found the protecting cover under the motor was blended so bad that block it movement, so I took that protector part out hammer it to straight it out and put it back and everything is fine. Before I received the item, I'm telling myself as long as it arrived in working condition, I will not complaint, what more can be ask for a 39 dollars drill press? it suit the bill, I only need it for some light work.

Drill press came in damage on March 2nd , called customer service within minutes after opening the box. Was told by customer service replacement part will be mailed out first thing Monday the 5th, item was not mail until Thursday the 8th, did not get until Monday the 12th. Never again. They are not there for you after the sale, 10 days to get the part. i hope this help someone.
