Different Features, Too Expensive December 9, 2007
I bought this benchtop grinder (and paid the premium price) because Palmgren claims to be made in the USA. It is actually made in Taiwan! I took one star off for the price and the misrepresentation. So, if you really want something that is made in the good old USA, try Baldor.
PLUS: Has a dust collection system that is pretty much one of a kind.
Decent build quality with two different grinding wheel media. Runs quiet and smooth with variable speed switch.
DELTA: The guards and the tool rests are too hard to adjust. At this price range, they should have knobs or at least wing nuts for all adjustments.
