4 out of 5 stars Good, but go bigger.   August 25, 2010

While the flashlight is small and compact enough to fit into your pocket, and the beam is great,it could all be better if it was bigger and had more light capacity. The other thing is that it sucks AA's dry quite quickly. Great for around the house chores, but you definitely couldn't even temporarily blind someone with this unless he was less than 6ft away.

5 out of 5 stars Nice Flashlight!   August 23, 2010

For a flashlight that fits easily in your shirt pocket or in your pants pocket, this is a very nice flashlight that gives off a lot of light. For every day use around the house or to take camping, this is a good middle of the road model. No regrets here. R. Lee

5 out of 5 stars Very good.   August 21, 2010

Very bright, nice powerful beam, easy on the batteries. Packs more power than the spots lights, and it uses only 2 AA batteries. I would recommend buying also with it the diffuser for reading a map or .... because the light is so bright even in it lowest power level.

5 out of 5 stars Best Flashlight Ever!   August 16, 2010

I love this flashlight. It's small and sturdy. It feels good in my hand, and provides great light. The lowest setting is ideal for most applications, but when it's not you just tap the button or twist the head and you've got more power - a feature that really extends the battery life. It's water proof, which I've inadvertently put the the test. It's also survived a few 5ft drops with a few scratches, but no damage to the lens, and no loss of functionality. I like how the pocket clip is removable since if I'm wearing carpenters pant I can clip it in the thigh pocket, and use the belt pouch with other pants. the belt pouch could be better, but it's adequate. The strobe feature is something I rarely use: you can't control the frequency so it's no good for "freezing" rotational equipment like I hoped, but I don't think anyone buys this flashlight for the strobe.

I recommend this flashlight for anyone. I can attest that a couple of my coworkers have already purchased one after seeing it in action.

5 out of 5 stars Great Flashlight   August 6, 2010

The LD 20 flashlight from Fenix only has one problem. It doesn't have a built in clip. That's why I'm going to buy a new one with the belt clip. It has great battery life even in turbo mode. It is the brightest flashlight of this size and it's cheap. I wish I could use it for diving, but it would cook the fish.
