The item shipped to me is NOT what is pictured in the online view. The wrenches they sent ARE ratcheting, but NOT flex handles. I contacted the vendor, and he said that the description is clear, thus eliminating any possibility of reimbursement. I read the description, yep, it's clear, NOT flex handles....so the WRONG picture was used. Not a happy camper...
