Worst Tool Set I've Ever Owned! July 5, 2008 This Wilmar socket set is inexpensive - it ought to be free! The sockets barely meet their size as stamped - some are missing their detent balls, so they just fall off the handle - the ratchet handle is stiff, crude, and takes a lot of effeort to turn. This is a terrible product.

Warning!! Not for heavy duty work, only for very light duty stuff. The tools will break if stressed a little bit!
Good for the price, but thats it. May 6, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This rachet set is fairly cheap. It is great for use as emergency, however, the metal is so poor quality, after about 10 uses with a few of the sockets, they completly rounded off. I'm not wrenchin on em, or hitting the rachet with hammer, i'm just turning them by hand on nice un-damaged bolts and the soft metal just rounds.
I did get 6 of these sets. As I say, for the price, their awesome to have in the glovebox. I carry one on my scooter, and another on my motorcycle in case of emergency, and it has already come in handy once.
So, again, for the price, get em, it's a steel. If your purchasing to use on a regular basis, dont bother, get some craftsman sockets!
