Nice Towels October 14, 2008
No smell as some have mentioned, washed them out of the bag and they are fluffy soft and absorbent good deal.

I don't know what the folks who warn that the towels fade with washing use for soap, but they better stop grabbing the bleach container. That's the only explanation - dumb user error.
These towels are fantastic. They are as soft as described, and I washed them upon receipt - colors stayed full and towels are beautiful.

I bought these towels as a gift for my neighbor and opened them before giving them. They were heavy and full what one expects from a quality towel.

One of the hand towels has a defect and unraveled in the laundry. All in all for $20 a set, a good value.
