This photo frmae is very nicely crafted and made a really nice gift for my parent's 40th Anniversary.
It arrived as pictured - the wood has a reddish tone and a very high gloss finish. The silver-tone letters and rings are attached on top of the wood. One of the ruby-colored glass peices had come loose from the ring when the frame arrived - but it was very easy to glue back in place.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 40th Anniversary gift. There aren't many items available in the US for 40 years (lots for 25 and 50). I put a copy of the black and white photo from their wedding and my parent's were very pleased with it.
