Amazon said they were going to correct this totally wrong description!
But they didn't yet?
I got an sincere apology and a proper action from Macy's
but not from Amazon.
I even didn't get a refund of shipping yet but I'm too tired to waste my time again.
Dealing two companies was too hard.

"Ordered Portmeirion "Apple Harvest" 6 Dinner Plates - received 1; 12 Salad Plates - received 2; and 12 Oatmeal/Soup Bowls - received 2. Macy's verbally stated on numerous occasions they would send missing items, but did not. Now they're saying this is a misprint and are will not honor order. My $$$ have been tied up for 1 month. No wonder they have an 83% approval rating on Amazon."

I received just one dinner plate instead of 6 as advertised. I immediately called Macy's at Amazon. They claimed that it's Amazon's mistake, so I called Amazon and it has been more than a week with no action. Big headache when neither Amazon or Macys take any responsibility for falsely advertised.
I will never buy anything from Macys at Amazon again.

Beware! It's not a set of 6. It is just one piece.
I don't know why the merchant doesn't fix it.
Return process is so complicated. Awful experience.
I will not buy again from Macy's in Amazon.
