 More comfortable than some conventional beds September 3, 2008
I would buy this product again. It is very comfortable. I weigh 240 pounds. At no time when I was lying on it did my body come anywhere near to contacting the bottom and hitting the floor underneath. This is a very high airbed. It holds air for an acceptable period. I never had to wake up and add air. I had to add a little air about every two days. It was not losing a lot of air, but probably because of my weight it did lose a little, but it was no big deal. I simply took about 4 minutes to break out the external electric air pump that is included with the bed, plug it into the valve, and firm up the bed. This air bed is not a toy for the beach or pool. It is made for comfortable sleeping. I had to have something to sleep on in my new apartment before the new conventional beds arrived. I slept on this air bed for more than two weeks. I have no regrets about buying this product. It is very easy and quick to inflate, deflate, and store inside the included storage bag. I can think of nothing that I do not like about this product.
 A good nights sleep September 3, 2008
As a guest, I once slept on an air mattress that left a lot to be desired. We purchased this mattress while waiting on our furniture to arrive. Since it is raised, we didn't feel like we were on the floor. Both my husband and I slept very well. It reminds me a little of being on a water bed. We did need to put more air into it by the 3rd night. It is easy to inflate. Although, it has a built-in pillow, you will need a real pillow for a good nights sleep. My husband could even sit on the side of the bed in the a.m. as he always does!
Great Item, easy to use September 3, 2008
This is a wonderful way to change any room into a guest room. We actually give our room to the guest and use this for ourselves. It is easy to set up, very comfortable and easy to deflate and store away.

I didn't sleep on it, but my guests did, and they really liked it. It held its air for at a couple of days before needing a little boost, but that's expected. Highly recommended.

I got this mattress because my wife doesn't like air-conditioning in our bedroom and some nights I can't take it anymore! So I bought this mattress to retreat to some cool comfort in a different room. This Simmons feels sturdily made. I like the included pump (one of the reasons I chose this model) and it inflates and deflates the mattress fast (in about 3 minutes).
I get a reasonably good night sleep on it. I took it on a trip and my wife and I both slept on it comfortably.
I'm never sure if I've filled it up to its maximum capacity, and since I don't want to pop it I have to stop when it feels firm. I wish the mattress was a little firmer, as I feel that I'm sinking in a little too much.
Bottom line: good quality, not too expensive, and I get sweet relief from the heat, which is priceless!
