5 out of 5 stars It's embarassing how much I love this thing   January 31, 2008

I am ashamed to admit that I bought this particular food processor over others on the market because of the color. Its blue, and adorable. Oh, and HUGE. It can make 12 cups of whatever, and its great for me because when I made cheesecakes or hummus, I was able to do it all in one batch. I've even managed to shred 5 large potatoes with plenty of room for more.

Its footprint is average but the machine itself is pretty tall. The motor is surprisingly quiet; barely above a hum. Its ergonomic and because of its roundish shape, it's a snap to clean. The buttons aren't the type that get all crusty or hard to clean because they're mounted underneath one continuous piece of plastic. The mini-bowl is great but I find that I still end up having to wash the main compartment just because the very top can get food remnants on it. My one and only complaint is that the very top of the bowl (the part that the lid latches onto) can be difficult to thoroughly clean. Just make sure you get that baby clean or soaking as soon as you're done using it, and cleanup will be easy. If I had to buy any food processor on the market, I would buy this one again.
