 Great comfy chair for the price November 10, 2008
I read some of the reviews prior to ordering. I purchased the recliner as well as, the beach and pool loung chair and agree that the knobs that hold the angel could be stronger, but they are not made for a weight challenge person. I just balance with ease the recliner and have not even used the adjustment knobs on the beach chairs. They are excellent products for the price.

We returned ours after the metal attached to the seat fabric began to rust after only two weeks!

I find this chair to be exactly as advertised. It is a little heavy to carry to the beach, but I can manage. Very comfortable. I have recommended this chair to others.
Comfortable and well constructed - good purchase August 2, 2008
The chair is well worth the money. Comfortable and well made, it definitely serves it's purpose. My only gripe is it's a bit too heavy to lug to the beach. Unless you're going to a beach where the parking lot is very close to the beach, I'd bring a different chair.

I recently purchased the Strathwood Adjustable Beach and Pool Lounge Chair, and I am very pleased. I love the color (lime), and the chair is very comfortable. I recently had knee surgery so was having a lot of difficulty sitting on my normal, run of the mill lounge chair. This chair is at just the right height, so it is very easy to get in and out of it.
The box it was delivered in was pretty banged up, and I saw from other reviewers that that had happened to a few people.
Also, this is an adjustable chair, but the directions do not come with the shipment. You have to go online to get the directions. Not complicated, but you do have to adjust things on both armrests, which was something new for me.
The price was reasonable, and I would recommend this chair to my friends.
