This arrived on time and perfectly packaged! The crock is heavier and much better quality than I was expecting for the price! The tools are pretty run-of-the-mill...nothing to write home about but they do the job. But the crock is the best part...great quality, no chipping, and looks great on any kitchen counter!
 great utensils but broken crock December 4, 2007
The pyrex products are awesome, however, I had to re-order this product since both times, the crock was broken. The company did not reimburse me.

I looked everywhere for a black crock to put my untensils in. The price is worth the Crock alone without the utensils (which are pretty nice also). It is a nice heavy piece; black matt and 12 in mine and still is not crowded. I have had many compliments on it sitting on my counter by my black appliances. this is a hard to find item and this one is truly one you will be proud to own. PS It is made by Pyrex.

i'm not really into the canister but it feels a bit more durable than i expected. it also holds more than just the utensils that come with it albeit maybe not a LOT more. the utensils are sturdy and i'm pleased with this purchase.

In my opinion, utensil crocks such as this one are worth paying ten dollars. So this set is worth buying if these utensils are needed and paying $15 is a better deal than purchasing the utensils separately. The utensils are of basic quality and the fat handles take up too much room in the crock to allow many more utensils. I would never buy these utensils individually and 400 Farenheit in my opinion tends to degrade in regular cooking heat. However, I have already found a use for all of the utensils so I am thrilled with this purchase.
