 Tried Everything - Lets see if this works December 1, 2008

I am one of those people that have tried just about everything that was on the market. The only thing I can truly say worked is the Ephedra Appetite Suppressant but the side effects was horrible. I saw this ad in a magazine one day and thought ok - why not! One more time would not hurt. I bought a 30-day supply and just got it today. I will be giving a step by step process of whether this product works. I will let you know my verdict at the end of the week. Wish me luck!
 Effective and NO Jitters November 25, 2008
The very first few times I took one of these I thought they didn't work. But then I noticed that I was eating almost nothing in the evenings and that's normally a bit of a struggle for me not to snack after dinner. Hooray! These really do work!
The reason I thought they didn't work at first was because unlike many appetite suppressants, you don't "feel" it working. It's been my experience that many other suppressants give you a "rush" of energy or even jitters and that's not the case with Slim Shots. I get a gentle but effective curbing of my appetite. Many days, one is enough but on high hunger days like when you have PMS then two usually does the trick for me. On days when I need an extra energy boost along with appetite suppression then I just take one of these as normal then follow it up about an hour later with one tablet (NOT one pack as these come in little packs of three pills) of Ginseng Energy Now and that works FABULOUSLY for me. These are my new favorite suppressants and I never thought I'd find anything I liked more than NV but these are even better.
Also the price is great and each box comes with a cute little tear-drop shaped snap container so you can take one of the cups with you and you don't have to worry that it'll get crushed and leak in your purse.
The only downside to these is they do taste kind of yucky to me but I just put one in about a quarter cup of coffee and it's fine.
Final Impression: These cost me less and are easier to find than NV, they WORK and are easy to take with you to use away from home. No stomach upset, no jitters and if you're someone who has trouble taking pills then these are GREAT!

These worked really well for me! I'm an emotional eater and definitely look for something to eat when I'm stressed out, and for some reason this kept me from doing that. I was also able to go longer between meals, which was definitely a plus. Yes, the taste is odd, but I would follow it with a little bit of water, but not too much because you don't want to dilute it. Either that or I'd use mouthwash. Highly recommended!

This certainly is not an "appetite controller" for me because it didn't control my appetite one bit. I brought a box about three weeks ago and it has been a major disappointment. I will use them for coffee creamer so I won't waste my money.

In conjunction with following a healthy eating plan and exercising regularly, I bought these to help with my 2pm-5pm "witching hours". They seem to be working well. Per the taste, I don't have any problems with them. They taste like a watery, melted vanilla ice cream bar. Are they the most delicious thing I've ever tasted? Not really. Are they the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted? Certainly not. I don't think I would bother mixing them with food/drink though. I just drink it then have a bit of water and I'm good to go.
