Nashua 386 Stretch & Seal Tape, is a self-fusing (an adhesive-free tape that fuses only to itself) silicone sealing tape suitable for dozens of applications where a good water-tight seal is needed. Applications for Nashua Stretch & Seal include: sealing pipes, electrical wires, and hoses; covering sharp edges; protecting against rust and corrosion; wrapping tool handles. Nashua 386 creates an instant, permanent water-tight seal and can withstand temperatures from -60DF to +500DF. Chemical and UV resistant. Can be kept in vehicles for emergency hose repairs. Easy to apply and to remove; no sticky residue left on surfaces.

Absolutely Incredible March 22, 2008
Wow, this stuff saved my sanity. I was having trouble with small cracks in copper tubing -- I'd fix one only to have another form. I was cutting and coupling tubing more than I care to admit. Then I found this tape, stretched it around it, and, voila, no more leaks! Great product.
Best sealing tape I'e ever used March 11, 2008
Really great tape. I use it to seal coax cable to antennas from a transmitter/receiver. So far it has held up to lots of bad weather.

Replaces electrical and hot or cold wrapping tape October 19, 2007
Works on high pressure water lines, hot hoses, cold hoses (use in car, plane, or house). Saved the day when high pressure yard water system hose split when leaving for air port. Was still securely holding when returned 2 wks later. Wet hose, dirty, 2 in split--it works!
