 Internet purchase not such a bargin November 23, 2008
I purchased the above the Shark sweeper. It did work but within two weeks the handle broke. It did have a 90 day warranty but after you pay to ship it to manufacture and paying them to return it to you it is not such a bargin.
 My Shark Has Daily Feeding Frenzies October 27, 2008
I was cautious about a "remanufactured" hokey, but have had no problems. I am very impressed by the cleaning power and mobility when used on all floor types. The Shark is also very quiet. It does not take the place of sweeping or vacuuming, but is ideal for in between cleanings.It is simple to empty the dust compartment and the battery seldom shows any loss of energy. I plan to get one for my Grandma who has MS. My neighbors used my Shark in their R.V. and feel the Shark would be ideal in any camper with carpet. They now own 2 Sharks. We have used our hokie almost daily for 2 1/2 months without incident. Ours was definately worth the money.
 returned item - didn't work September 23, 2008
I was SO excited to try out this product, but after charging it for several days and trying to turn it on, it never did work. I ended up getting a refund and am tired from the wasted excitement. I'm discouraged from ordering a similar product and waiting for it to arrive, then waiting for it to charge again.
 Shark with missing part September 16, 2008
We ordered a pair of Sharks, because they are indisensable in the kitchen. Both arrived undamaged, but the handle was not included with one. Since we we disposing of a previous Shark, we salvaged the handle. Be sure to check for missing parts!
Total Waste of Money August 31, 2008
This isn't even worth one star! I was very excited to buy this sweeper for myself and my daughter at such an unbelievable price. Well, you know what they say... if it's too good to be true, it probably is! Both of these sweepers came with cords that don't fit either sweeper!! What's up with that??? It's not worth sending them back because the postage would probably be as much as what I paid for the sweepers. They are totally unusable and will be going in the trash. I don't know how Amazon can sell products like this! I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy anything reconditioned from Amazon again!
