Roof rake missing parts January 4, 2009 I purchased the rake the end of December and received it the first week in January (quick delivery). Upon opening the box, I found that the bolts and nuts were missing. I contacted the supplier and were told to purchase them myself. After a few e-mails, they agreed to issue me a credit for the missing parts. They expected me to pay (again) for the missing parts.
Great snow rake for roof. Works great and light to hold December 20, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I ordered this on Sunday because the weather report said we were going to get a lor of snow later in the week I had meant to get one earlier in the year but forgot about it so I had already checked reviews on several others which didn't have as long of reach (which I needed). We have Prime with Amazon so it arrived 2 days later with no shipping charge. It took about 10 minutes to put together. Well, on Thursday, it started snowing and by Friday we had over 29" of snow (deepest snow I have ever seen in 30 hours time). We have a 4 level house and it worked great for 3 of the levels. I was able to clear off over 65' of roof line on the front of the house in about 20 minutes to about 8-10 feet up the roof (the snow was very fluffy). The rods snap together and did bow quite a bit when they are all connected (21' reach). But that actually helped me reach some parts of the roof I couldn't have otherwise. I could not reach our upper roof but it is 22' directly above our deck (which is 8' above the ground. My neighbors watched me using it and are going to order their own.

This product is GREAT! It was suppose to be a Christmas gift but I had to give it to my husband early because of all of the snow we had received in December already. After he did our roof he had multiple requests from the rest of the neighborhood asking him to come a roof rake their houses as well. Very happy camper. The product held very well also. He can't wait for the next large amount of snow so he can use it again. Thanks, Linda from Wisconsin

This product works well, I purchased it for snow removal of our cabin roof and found it to be a little flimsy when all the poles are attatched, but works well and gets the job done.
Nice to have! February 12, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
With snow falling daily this is sure a nice thing to have in the shed.
