Product Description Fiesta Black 149 18-Ounce Jumbo Cups, Set of 4
Amazon.com Review These jumbo Fiestaware cups are a fitting tribute to the product line introduced in 1936 and still beloved in the 21st century. Adding original Fiestaware's signature art deco design and bold palette to the grande-size mug popularized by the coffee craze of the last two decades, these cups successfully merge old and new. Their 18-ounce capacity and 4-1/2-inch diameter make them ideal for coffee, soup, or even dipping cookies in milk. They are more contemporary in appearance than many other Fiestaware pieces and mix well with casual contemporary dishes or with the full spectrum of Fiestaware products in different colors. Match these cups with Fiestaware jumbo saucers for a cup and saucer set. --Emily Wolf

I love these cups! November 1, 2008 Fiesta 149 18 ounce Jumbo Cups, Set of 4, Heather
The cup is heavy enough that it can sustain some abuse from daily use and keep you from getting burned by the hot stuff inside. I really love these cups!
Great cups. . .don't like the color August 30, 2008 I bought these cups because they are made in the USA and because of the size. By the name cinnabar I thought they would be more of a red red. . .and they are more of a pinkish red and so that was a disappointment. Rather than send them back I gave them to my daughter. . .who loves the color.
What's In A Mug? July 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
A mug is not a tea cup. Tea belongs in a tea cup. Mugs are the bearer of hearty drinks, like coffee and hot chocolate. Tea would become lukewarm if put into a mug.
This mug is what you want in a mug. Big, with a wide mouth, and strong.
Coffee is not wine. Keeping it another year does not make it better. Drinking it now will make you feel better. It does not require the variant vessel dimensions as do different wines. However, not all mugs are created equal.
The Fiestaware Cinnabar 149 18-Ounce Jumbo Cup classic china construction means it is made from hard ceramic, protecting the taste of that fresh French roast you just poured. This is better than plastic, which can sometimes skew the taste of hot drinks.
At 18 oz. it is large enough to hold enough to drink. Its opening is adequate for whip cream, marshmallows, or a full range of hearty soups.
It's an excellent bring-to-work mug, thanks to its inexpensive price. Sit through long meetings accompanied by your favorite elixir, letting fragrant coffee aromas waft enticingly. Your coworkers will become your friends, and your boss will be envious.
Buy the mug, and drink up.

Great cups! January 16, 2008 These are the perfect size for a large drink, or to serve soup/stew. We like them very much.
Don't use the dishwasher February 2, 2007 As soon as we had washed our cups in the dishwasher, maybe 3 times, the handles loosened and there was an audible rattle. We had to throw one out about a month after purchase and now treat the others with kid gloves. Not very practical.
