The interior is highly polished, so it's stick- as well as corrosion-resistant. The striking exterior resists scratching, chipping, and peeling. Best All-Clad piece I own April 17, 2003

This stir fry pan by All-Clad is the most used piece in my All-Clad collection. I cook on a 30" Viking rangetop and this piece is perfect. From soup to cabbage this pan is surprisingly versatile. I'm back looking to by a second one now!
