NOT DISHWASHER SAFE August 16, 2010 D. Hotten (Gilbert, AZ) I was initially told that the tumbler was dishwasher safe. After a few uses The top wouldn't fit properly on the cup. I took it back to a store to see if this was a common problem and I was told by the barista that the cup was in fact NOT dishwasher safe and that's why I had the problem! Was there any offer to replace it? UM, NO. It was good while it lasted, but if you want it to last any length of time HAND WASH IT!
taking on water August 5, 2010 Aubrey Baillis Mine is taking on water inside that double-walled insulation. For a $13 cup, I'd hoped for better. I'm going to try to take it back to Starbucks and see if they'll exchange it. Other than that, it's a great cup.
3 Words: Best. Cup. Ever. July 13, 2010 C. I love this cup! I have three currently, because they keep vanishing. Beware, unaware individuals you work with, live with, etc. will inevitably throw it away! Make sure you put a label on it or some indication that it is not a disposable cup. As for its availability: Even though it's July, the Starbucks near me STILL has them for the MSRP, not these inflated prices you see on the 'net. Just be patient, and travel around to their different cafes, and I'm sure you'll find one eventually.
Great product terrible price July 12, 2010 Dylan Waters (THOUSAND OAKS, CA, US) If you are going to sell something for $20 that's priced at only $12.95 at the store, you should take the price tag off so your customers don't feel cheated. I could have saved a good deal of money by just walking to my local Starbucks and purchasing the cup there. I really like the cup though, so thanks, I guess.
Love this cup but WAY too high priced online. July 5, 2010 KatherineO (North Carolina) Do not purchase this online. Especially from amazon.com. You can find these at Starbucks stores for 12.95. It's definitely a more convenient travel cup than any other one I have.
