Great idea! August 28, 2008 This item works really well; the muffin tops cook quickly, slide right out of the pan (no messy papers to peel off)and the pan cleans easily.
Great Muffin Tops! July 15, 2008 Although you have to use a little more mix/dough in each section, the muffins turn out great! Everyone at work LOVED them.!
Non-stick surface isn't June 17, 2008 Worked at first, but after a few cleanings the non-stick properties are gone. And yes, I have tried everything from cooking spray to crisco, and I know how to pre-heat and bake properly. And I've tried the pan in two different ovens. It's simply no longer possible to bake anything in it without being ruined, and if I have to take the time to cut out little parchment circles every time, the convenience of the pan shape is kinda lost. Go with a different brand, or get egg rings depending on what you are making.
Great for gluten-free diet! February 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was looking at this product because I need to bake my own gluten-free hamburger & sandwich rolls, and lo and behold, another reviewer said she bakes her own hamburger and sandwich buns with this pan and it works great. Not only that, but two of these pans will fit in my convection toaster oven, saving a lot of electricity, and it won't heat up my kitchen in the summer. I'm buying two.
muffin tops January 14, 2008 IT is a great product at a great price and delivered as it said it would.
