Its ultimate non-stick properties are suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie and confectioner work, as well as cookies and cakes. No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. It's thermal shock resistant from -40 F to 600 F and is reusable up to 3000 times. Can be placed directly on an oven rack or cooling rack. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water. Do not use on open flames. Roll the mat rather than fold it when storing.

I USE THESE ALL THE TIME AND FIND THEM VERY USEFUL. NO MORE CLEANING BAKING PANS. CAN USE IT IN CASSEROLES ALSO. THAT WORKS TOO.
