I like how the book is catagorized into recipes for flavors, low-fat, inexpensive, or recipes for wine or meat meals.

The printing is easy to read, light weight, and durable. If your having company over your house and feel like cooking up something small or large use this recipe to give you insight of what they might like. ie..shrimp, meat, cheese balls, or even chocolate.

This is a nice, useful book. It's short, with only sixty pages, but it does manage to pack a fair amount of info in there, and include some very nice fondue recipes (how many fondue recipes are out there, anyway?) It focuses more on dinner, rather than dessert fondues, but has a wide variety of styles, so there should be a recipe for every taste here.

Szwillus uses five main categories: Cheese fondues; Oil fondues; Stock fondues; International fondues; and Side dishes and sweet fondues. She includes a recipe table, which shows a list of the various recipes and whether they are easy or hard, can be made fast or take more time, lists calories per serving, and other criteria by which to pick a specific one. There is also an index that makes it easy to find what you're looking for if you have something specific in mind. All in all this is well worth the price to obtain a specialized cookbook such as this.
