This petite version includes a spicy red 3/4-quart pot with side handles, six heat-resistant forks, a sturdy stand, and a tealight warmer. Crafted of enameled cast iron, the heavyweight cooking vessel provides uniform warming and superior heat retention, so it's ideal for keeping cheese or chocolate sauces melted over long periods without fear of burning or solidifying. The interior features a black matte finish that is almost indestructible and doesn't need seasoning; rather, the oils used in cooking seep into the pot's pores to create an organic nonstick coating. The thick rim holds the forks upright so they won't slide or overlap. Double coated to resist chips and rust, the pot goes safely into the dishwasher, though hand washing is recommended for heavy use.
