Swissmar's Lucerne 10-piece meat fondue set specializes in heating oil or broth to an even, consistent temperature for perfect dipping every time. Crafted of enameled cast iron, the generous round pot is ideal for heat distribution and retention and, with no hard corners, allows diners to swirl meat anywhere on the inside. Cast iron is also a premier choice for meat cooking, as it works well at both low and high temperatures to give chefs maximum control and delicious results. The matching iron rechaud stands on three sturdy legs angled to maximize the space between them so it's easy to access the alcohol/gel fuel burner on the base below. When the liquid inside is bubbling nicely, it's time to dig in.
