Gel pack works great needs cover!!! February 15, 2008
The Gel Packs are a great idea and work really well except for the fact that if you are keeping a fondue warm and it gets eaten quickly you end up throwing out or burning off the remainder of the gel pack and can't store it safely since the lid is not reusable. I ended up burning off (wasting) 3/4 of it since I had no other way to store the unused portion of the gel. Give the customer plastic lids with the 3 pack as a one time deal then you wont have to give them more for refills.
