Cooking in Colorado.... April 14, 2002
The nonstick is wonderful, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get the pan to ballance corectly on the stove. For the price I paid, I would think that Calphalon could have worked this out before marketing it. Maybe put a handle on the other side like the 12 and 14 inch woks have. Once food is in the pan, it balances, and does a good job. Fried rice comes out great!
