 Easy to clean, stack and store, and is used every day November 29, 2008
I bought 2 of these pans over a year ago. I love them. They are of perfect size for a family of 2 to 4. They are easy to stack and store well in my kitchen drawer. I use them every day. I saute tofu, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. I make stir-fried tofu and vegetable dishes. I also use them to make omelettes. The pans are of medium weight. I love the glass lids and the stainless steel handles. I wash the pans and lids in my dishwasher, and they've done well even after a year of constant use. I've given these pans as gifts to friends, and they've been liked by my friends as well.

This pan can be used for so many cooking tasks that this would be too long for a review. Have found it to be superb.
My Favorite Pot October 9, 2008
This has become my favorite pot. It's light (a surprise), easy to clean, and I can cook almost anything in it. I was a little dismayed when it arrived because it was so light - I thought it would be flimsy. Not so - really a wonderful product. I do wish, however, that the handles were not metal. But that is a small price to pay for such an excellent product, and you can't beat the price! Thank you, Amazon.

Great product, easy clean up! I love Circulon, I have original products from 15 yrs. that I received as wedding gifts, of both Circulon and Calphalon, I love my Circulon pieces much better!
