For golden brown French toast, Circulon created this 11-inch griddle for their Elite line of cookware. The griddle's low sides allow the chef to slide hot pancakes straight from the griddle to the breakfast plate. Constructed in hard-anodized aluminum, the square griddle deflects dents, corrosion, and other signs of wear and tear. The griddle's Hi-Low wave technology provides for even heat distribution and efficient heat conduction. A nonstick treatment coats the griddle inside and out for increased ease while cooking and cleaning. To move contents away from the heat source, an 18/10 stainless-steel handle is securely riveted to the griddle's side. Silicone rubber coats the handle for ergonomic comfort. The handle also includes a hole for hanging storage. The griddle sustains oven temperatures up to 400 degrees F for gratins and other baking use. For the best care, wash the griddle pan by hand, avoiding the use of abrasive cleansers and scouring pads on the nonstick surfaces. A great griddle October 9, 2008
This griddle with its coating and circular design, really is non-stick. There is no need to cook with any kind of grease or spray. It is easy to clean. The thickness of the metal assures even heat distribution and little concern of warping.
