Product Description Grill meat, seafood and vegetables to perfection anytime with this round grill pan. The deep sides and 12" diameter can accommodate ample amounts of food, while the nonstick coating makes clean-up a breeze. Features the TOTAL hard adonized Hi-Low food release system that's guaranteed to outlast all other nonstick cookware. Hand wash. Lifetime customer satisfaction guarantee.
Amazon.com Review Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Slip-resistant synthetic grips on riveted, polished, stainless-steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and go safely in an oven up to 350 degrees F. Heavyweight, 18/10 stainless-steel lids polished to a mirror finish present a gleaming contrast to the attractive, charcoal gray, enamel-like appearance of Circulon 2's nonstick exterior. The Hi-Low concentric grooves climb about an inch up the rounded sides of this 12-inch round grill pan (which doesn't have a lid), permitting thorough scraping without damaging the nonstick coating. The grooves also cross the pan's raised grid, which imparts tasty, appealing grill marks to steaks, burgers, and fish and permits fat to drain off while cooking. The pan is 2 inches deep to contain splatters. It carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack

ITEM NOT AVAILABLE February 28, 2007 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
I ordered this grill pan 12/26/06. They have "postponed" shipping three times so far - the latest notice is for delivery the end of March. Their advertising that it is "available now & ships right away" is FALSE. BEWARE!
VERY easy to clean! November 29, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I read the reviews about the pan being hard to clean, but I purchased it anyway, fingers crossed. I was not disappointed! This grill pan performs as well as my other Circulon cookware, and is equally easy to clean. I frequently use this pan to cook cheeseburgers, and usually end up with burnt cheese on the bottom of the pan. After soaking for a short while in hot, soapy water, I can pretty much wipe it clean! This grill pan is an exceptional value, and I would recommend it to anyone!
Nothing Ever Sticks. Ever. May 29, 2006 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I have a complete set of Circulon, but composed of the regular and Circulon 2, and Elite, with the soft silicon rubber handles. I much prefer the Circulon 2 or Elite for its non-stick sides, which makes it much easier to clean.
I have no idea what some are talking about in the reviews here, however. On my planet, Earth, nothing ever sticks inside, including this grill pan, so there isn't any scrubbing needed, just a normal dish rag or sponge, a bit of soap, and thats it! I have used these pans on smooth ranges, gas, electric, and never noticed any problems as some have said.
I have had most of the pieces for well over two years, use them almost daily, and they are still looking like new. One must not ever use any non-stick on high heat. However, Medium-High is fine, and I use that setting for the grill pan 100% of the time.
Without any doubt, Circulon is the finest cookware I have ever owned!
Too much work June 22, 2005 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have had this pan for a year. I bought it because it was on sale and was shopping around for a new pot set. I figured it would be a good test run on the Circulon brand. It grills great, but you will spend twice the cooking time cleaning the pan! I could not imagine how much food would be left on this pan if someone without great eyesight cleaned it. You have to go along each crevice on both sides of the grill gooves to get the food out. It is very time consuming and tedious and just not worth it. I wonder if the Calphalon pan is the same??? As far as the pot set I ended up buying-Analon Titanium 12 piece. Highly reccomend it.
