This panini set from acclaimed cookware maker All-Clad turns out delicious Italian-style sandwiches. Fill your sliced bread with all your favorite ingredients-ham, cheese, and a fried egg for breakfast, sliced tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella for lunch-and grill. The weighted top presses down to compact the filling and create a crispy crust, complete with grill lines. Very little oil or butter is needed, thanks to the nonstick finish. The pan also works well for grilling meat and fish, since the ridges across the bottom of the pan elevate the food out of any grease. The All-Clad panini pan is durably constructed of hard-anodized aluminum in a handsome dark-gray exterior. An attractive contrast is provided by the polished and riveted stainless-steel handles: long on the pan, looped on the press. a Panini press that can be used for other chores. The pan with the ridges can be used for a steak grill and the weight can be used for a bacon press.

Typical high quality All Clad product but unfortunately it does not work on my induction cooktop.
