Product Description Increase your cooking space with Rachael Ray's Reversible Double Burner Griddle/Grill! One side has a ribbed surface that's perfect for grilling burgers, chicken and steaks. The other side is a standard smooth griddle for pancakes, sandwiches and more. Big, 12" x 20" griddle fits over two standard burners. Enamel cast iron has a hard-coat anodized surface that won't chip, flake, peel or rust.
Amazon.com Review Here's a simple piece of cookware that will inspire endless creativity. Just set Rachel Ray's reversible grill/griddle on two stove burners, and yummy ideas (such as a decadently late Sunday breakfast), fun food combinations (he wants surf, she wants turf) and entire meal themes (Mexican fajita night!) begin to unfold. Crafted of enameled cast iron, this roomy 12-by-20-inch surface provides even heating and superior temperature retention to thoroughly yet gently cook foods without hot or cold spots. Two corner handles make it easy to flip between the smooth to textured sides, and the bright color gives the kitchen a burst of fresh energy. The pan is also oven-safe to 500 degrees F for even more versatility. Because it is enameled, it doesn't require seasoning and it cleans easily when washed by hand. Available in orange, blue, and green. --Kara Karll

Great with one drawback May 26, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I love this griddle's size and design. I bought this because it maximized the amount of space I had over two burners. Everything else I found was either too big to fit over two burners or was several inches short in one or both dimensions. The layout of the handles also minimized the wasted grill space (though why someone doesn't just design something without handles is beyond me).
This lost one star completely because of the stupid colored edges. Why couldn't they just leave it black? Every time you cook with the grill, it leaves the painted edges filthy. However, worse in my opinion is that the color options are just horrendous. If you don't have an ecclectic kitchen, they just don't work. If just one person who designs this stuff actually cooked with it, I'm sure it would have been left black. Guess Rachel doesn't actually try this stuff out.
wonderful to use, hard to clean December 13, 2007 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
I love this grill because it has a very large surface. I would have preferred it to be solid cast iron rather than the enamel on the edges, it is very hard to clean. Other than that it is a perfect grill.
