Bottom half is a spatula which slides under the food while the top part is a tong to grip it. Arrived rusted, and I returned it right away.
I saw a documentary about the earth pollution and its causes. Based on the statistics given in that documentary one of the biggest polluters are the cheap and low quality products which can be found in even Amazon.com. A tong is supposed to come to a house and stay there for a few years. But a polluter tong comes to your home, either stays for a couple of months and are disposed OR are sent back right away, which is the waste of my time and a couple of workers in Amazon and a bunch of packages. I hope this dangerous way of business could be eliminated and people could get back to their high standard life with less amount of waste.

My husband cannot grill without this. I am buying two for my sons-in-law and an extra for hubby. This is a great tool for grilling and barbque.
