HAPPY WITH PURCHASE November 25, 2008
When I ordered my grill pan, I didn't expect to receive it for about 2 weeks, but it was delivered within 3-4 days. I'm quite happy with my purchase and it was so easy. This is my third time ordering from Amazon, and I've been completely satisfied with all my purchases. I will definitely order from Amazon again in the future.
LOVE this pan & it gets TONS of use November 18, 2008
I purchased this pan last Christmas (2007) locally for about $25. I had a pricey square Calphalon pan that we used but found it to be on the small size for cooking family meals. This larger round version is our favorite and is the pan that we reach for first when searching for a grill pan. The lighter version doesn't seem to make a difference in cooking & the pan cleans nicely.
Our use is not limited to hamburgers. Try bacon, other meats & even sliced veggies.
So Far, So Good October 11, 2008
I used my pan for the first time this evening. It held eight 1/4 pound burgers, heated evenly, and cleaned up very easily. If this piece is indicative of the rest of the Calphalon line, I may buy a whole set!
