Amazon.com Review Comprised of three different pieces, this unique cookware set has the versatility to cook a multitude of dishes on either the stovetop or in the oven. The largest of the three pieces is a 7-quart oval roaster that measures 15-1/2 by 11 inches with 4-inch-deep sides and is sized to cook a whole chicken or a 10- to 12-pound turkey. The roaster also doubles as a stovetop stockpot for making stews and soups, a smoker by using wood chips layered with aluminum foil, or a steamer. The second oval pan in this set is slightly smaller, with a capacity of 3 quarts and measuring 15 by 10-3/4 inches, and is better suited for roasting sweet potato spears or caramelizing onions due to its shallower 1-1/2-inch sides. This smaller pan also works as a stovetop skillet for cooking burgers or browning pork medallions and as a lid for the larger roaster. The third and final piece is a rack, which fits within the main roaster and drains juices and fat away from meat. The pans in this set are made of durable 18/10 stainless steel with a triple-ply bottom that has an aluminum core seamlessly encased within the two layers of steel. The triple-ply construction heats evenly without hot spots and accounts for the pans' usability on either the stove or in the oven. The pans have stainless-steel handles, which are placed diagonally across from one another to provide easier access when removing from the oven and better leverage when pouring off gravy. The fairly lightweight stainless-steel rack has handles that rest on the roaster pan's edges to lift meat away from drippings and it can also be used to lift meat out. All the pans nest within one another for convenient compact storage. This multi-roaster is covered by a one-year warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde
Product Description Roast, saute and bake just like the pros with the Camerons Multi Roaster. This high-quality set includes a 10- to 12-lb. roaster and convenient drainrack. The lid can be used separately as a saute pan or with the base as a roasting pan. Three layers of metal allow for even distribution of heat. Made of stainless steel with an aluminum core, the design eliminates hot spots and helps food cook evenly. Side-mounted handles make the most of the space in a crowded oven. Professional-quality 18/10 stainless steel construction. Dishwasher safe. Imported. 6.25Hx9Wx13.33L".

I was looking for a good pot in which to cook one dish meals. It is perfect! Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage from a cooking show [...] worked wonderfully in this pan. The pan is heavy enough not to warp, holds the steam in well, cleans easily, and is a good small / medium family size. One warning.....watch out for the handle on the lid when taking out of the oven.....wear mitts, don't just use hot pads. (Hard lesson to learn!)

Exactly what I wanted- January 9, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've been "making do" for years by using a full-sized (turkey) roasting pan for much-smaller roasts and birds, but could tell it was less than optimal; purchased this stainless-steel roaster to handle the day-to-day, normal-sized meals and have been completely satisfied. The oddly shaped handle layout seems slightly awkward at first, but you quickly get used to the different feel. The tightly-fitted lid seals well, and can also be used for tasks such as searing or finishing gravies. Two thumbs up on this product!
