The kit includes a canning rack that holds up to four jars at a time and fits within any Fagor 10-quart pressure cooker. When sterilization is complete, the plastic-coated jar lifter clutches jars tightly in its tongs and lifts them out of hot water without risk of slippage or burning while the magnetized vinyl-coated jar lifter safely removes the lids. The kit also includes a heavy-duty stainless-steel ladle for spooning stewed fruits or vegetables into the stainless-steel wide-mouth funnel and siphoning it into your jars. A long plastic tong frees bubbles from the jars before you seal them and a jar wrench, also vinyl-coated, tightens lids with force while simultaneously keeping hands cool and providing a firm grip.  Canning Rack Rusted August 1, 2008
The Fagor "made in China" canning rack rusted the second time I used it and left a rust stain in the bottom of my Fagor Canner. While, I did get the stain out, it looks like the rack is of very poor quality and I do not recommend it.

Just getting started so bought this same time we bought pressure cooker. Didn't need anything fancy. Not sure how much or how long we will do canning. This fit the bill perfectly.

A good selection of canning supplies are included in this kit. Included is a manual for canning specific fruits and vegetables however the directions are specific to a pressure canner that measures the pressure settings as low, medium, or high instead of the specific amount of pressure required.
