Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots.  it's a great wok November 17, 2008
This is a great wok for everyday use. I have been using this model for more than 10 years. I'm buying my third one for future use.
One lesson I learned is that it can not handle high heat (the wok will change color). I have learned to cook using medium heat. The handle is very comfortable and food does not stick! I use it many times a week to stir fry meat, tofu, veggies, noodles and rice. It is also very easy to clean.
This is a great product and by far the best wok I have used (surely better and cheaper than Calphalon).

It seems like I had to buy a non stick pan every two years even though I followed instructions and maintained them according to manufacture directions. However, recently I purchased the Circulon round grill pan. I was truly amazed. No sprays or oils needed, easy clean up. With regard to the 12" pan with lid, it's great. I do wish it had a handle on the other side because it would be easier to lift. Highly recommend.

I like this pan for stir fry and various other uses. It's very lightweight and the non-stick surface is good. The only complaint I have is that there are ridges on the inside of the pan around the edges that certain foods can get trapped in while cooking, like scrambled eggs. But, for typical stir fry meals I think this is a good choice. The inside is quite deep and holds a lot.
Best pan I've ever had! March 17, 2008
This is the most favorite pan I've ever owned. It's big enough to cook a very large batch of food. I stir fry with it, deep fry in it, I make soups, sauces, everything in this pan. It heats very evenly and it cleans up like a champ!
Pan saved my life December 28, 2007
My old stir fry pan finally gave up the ghost. Fortunately I found this circulon in an ad and ordered it immediately. I love it. It's heavier than the old one. Handle is great length. Easy to push cooked ingredients up the sides. Wonderful to use--easy to clean. All in all a great product.
