LOVING IT, NO OIL AND IT DOES WONDERS......THIS IS YET ONE OF MY FAVORITE PIECES. Chicken fillets, fish, salmon they all cook fast and the results are unbelievable tasty! LOVE ANALON. I also got my 10pc they are kinda of small but can resist loving my cookware. I kissed them after washing them and before putting them away, that's love AND we plan to be together until death do us apart! Let's see who goes first ;)
