Amazon.com Review
Pedrini's shot glass is larger than a standard shot glass and includes easy-to-read gray measurement lines for 1- and 1-1/4-ounce shots. Ideal for making complicated mixed drinks accurately every time, the glass is stenciled with the Pedrini logo and has an easy-grip bottom. A quality addition to any collection of barware, Pedrini's shot also makes a nice hostess gift. --Julie McCowan

5 out of 5 stars High quality heavy shot glass   September 12, 2007
We use these for our espresso shots. These glasses are very high quality. They are also nice because they have lines for both 1 ounce and 1.25 ounces.

1 out of 5 stars Product is Mislabeled   February 1, 2004

I order four of these, but they sent me ASIN: B0000959GD (Pedrini Black & Satin Shot Glass), instead. The boxes were improperly labeled in the warehouse. I took a refund, rather than try to fight the goliath that is Amazon's distribution system. I don't recommend ordering this, unless you're willing to accept the other product.

1 out of 5 stars Not like the picture   August 1, 2003

It took a month and a half for this item to arrive.
It doesn't look anything like the one in the picture.
It has 1/2oz and 1oz lines, not a 1 1/4oz line.
Not a full shot. I'm very disappointed,
though maybe you'll get a glass like the one advertised.

5 out of 5 stars Solid, man, solid!   March 21, 2002

No chintz here. Just the essential, quality, heavy-duty old fashioned shot glass. With just the right amount of "heft" to make measuring and/or shot-drinking pleasuring a certified "breeze". Get one or two for your home bar and be sure to break this baby in with some aged single malt or Southampton Gin. A#1 for the price!

4 out of 5 stars Weighty, Solid -- A Fine Shot Glass, if I Do Say So!   November 15, 2000

I don't remember having ever *purchased* a shot glass. My collection had currently consisted of purloined glasses from college-area taverns and vacation hot spots.

When I got my first apartment, though, I decided to splurge a little.

These shot glasses are great.

Here's what I like about the glass:

- It's weighty. (I like that nice, heavy smack it makes against the my counter after my guests and I slam back a little tequila.)

- It's pretty. (For a shot glass, it doesn't look half bad.)

- It doesn't have silly logos on it. (Unlike the other glasses in my collection, it doesn't say things like: "Spring Break '95" or "Jamaica Mon.")

- It can hold enough for a nice-sized shot. (I use this glass as both an imbibing and measuring tool.)

- It's dishwasher safe. (I like that I don't have to be too delicate with it.)

Here's why it didn't get the "5" rating:

- I don't like that the "Pedrini" logo is emblazoned on the front of it. (I would have prefered a plain glass, as every friend who drinks out of it coos sarcastically, "How fa-aaaancy. It's a Ped-riiiini.")

Hey, if you gotta buy shot glasses, you might as well be stylish!
