Product Description Anolon Titanium is revolutionary cookware that brings style, convenience and professional gourmet performance to your kitchen. It's hard-anodized, nonstick cookware with stainless steel handles. Stay cool during normal stovetop cooking Oven safe to 500 Degrees F Dupont's Autograph 2 Nonstick Interior Exclusive multiple reinforced nonstick technology designed to outlast traditional nonstick coatings. Provides enduring nonstick performance, superior durability, and easy cleaning Extra Thick, Heavy Gauge, Hard-Anodized Aluminum Construction Provides fast and even heat distribution for perfect cooking performance Twice as strong as stainless steel - gives supreme durability
Amazon.com Review A rare feature among hard-anodized cookware, Anolon Titanium is actually dishwasher-safe. However, it offers cooks many advantages long before cleanup time. Constructed of extra-thick aluminum, these heavy pots and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly (no hot spots) and won't warp. Their handsome, charcoal-gray exterior is harder than steel and resists scratching and denting. Inside, they're coated with DuPont's exceptionally durable Autograph nonstick that readily releases food. Stainless-steel handles have an attractive satin finish. The handles are rounded for comfort, hollow to stay cool on the stovetop, oven-safe to 500 degrees F, and have hanging holes. This classic, slope-sided, 10-inch skillet is perfect for sauteing, frying, or pan-roasting a veal chop. Unlike conventional hard-anodized pots and pans, this cookware is dishwasher-safe because its titanium-composite exterior is nonporous. Nevertheless, its virtue of being dishwasher-safe is not unlimited. To prevent pots and pans from discoloring in a dishwasher over time--and to prevent voiding the lifetime warranty against defects--the manufacturer's cleaning instructions (included) about water temperature (120 to 140 degrees F) and detergent (mild, with a phosphate content less that 7-1/2 percent) must be strictly observed. As with most cookware, hand washing Anolon Titanium is the better alternative for ideal care. --Fred Brack

Solid Skillet, Good Surface, Even Heat, and Goes in the Dishwasher August 26, 2008 A very good addition to the home supply of pans and skillets. There is a nice heft to the pan, it heats evenly (though, like most relatively heavy pans, it takes a while to get up to full temperature), and the cooking surface is non-stick, but without the ultra-slippery "plastic" feel that some non-stick pans have. Add to that the fact that it can go in the dishwasher, and it makes for a very good pan.
very nice skillet April 7, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have three sizes of these skillets. I love all of them. You cook without oil. The clean up is great. Every thing is cooked on med to low heat. They are wounderful. I would tell anyone to buy them.
Proud to own 2. March 28, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We know have 2 10 inch Analon Titanium skillets. We like them all very much. We had some earlier analon skillets and they are very good, but the titanium series is better. An earlier Anolon skillet still is non-stick but is starting to lose something. The titanium does not seem to be losing it. Great skillets.
Great Product! March 23, 2006 Heats super evenly, non-stick works fantastic, dishwasher safe as long as you use the right detergent. It doesn't get any better than that!
Excellent Cookware from Analon September 3, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I first discovered Analon Titanium (restaurant tested) fry pans in Macy's. They only had an 8 inch model, which I purchased as it is perfect for making a personal omelet. They are heavy gauge aluminum clad in titanium on the bottom and have completely steel handles unlike the lower grade of Analon which look very similar but have silicone rubber handle grips. As such, the metal handles are much better for popping a meal into the oven after initially frying/browning it on the stove. The nonstick coating is very high grade as well.
