Coated inside and out with Dupont's exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick, Anolon Advanced cookware provides heavyweight, professional-quality performance and 21st-century convenience. Pots and pans clean easily, while the rugged nonstick readily releases food. Beneath the nonstick is heavy-gauge, harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Bright chrome handles have hanging holes for storage and soft, stay-cool rubber grips for slip-resistance. The grips are deep, narrow, and shaped ergonomically, permitting pans to be used comfortably despite their weight. Break-resistant, domed glass lids permit cooking to be monitored without releasing heat and are oven-safe to 375 degrees F. The cookware's charcoal gray, nonstick exterior has an attractive enamel-like appearance. This 10-inch skillet (which doesn't have a lid) has sloped, slightly rounded sides so food can be tossed and a flared rim to facilitate dripless pouring. I bought this pan 5 months ago and it is the BEST non stick cookware I have used in a long time! I had given up on the non-stick cookware due it it not holding up after several months. A friend of mine has a whole set if this cookware and has had it for 2 yrs, so I decided to give it a try and I absolutely like cooking with it...easy clean up afterwards!

We purchased the Analon 10" and 12" a couple of months ago. Our choice of Analon was based on reviews posted here. Must say, the most positive reviews were not exaggerations. They are both great.
Ultimate pan for omlettes or crepes or eggs or... anything you don't want to stick. Ha! April 19, 2007

For $40 this pan cannot be beat. Just be sure to always use wood, silicon or plastic on the inside, never metal, it will eventually get scratched. I feel this pan is as nice as the All-Clad version and it's less than half the price! I also love the handle, very secure and "grippy." Even cooking and super non-stick. What more do you want?

ok, so the small Anolon Advanced open French skillet is scratched, but it actually works great. No problem, the scratches are not real deep and it doesn't cause sticking. I love it because it is so easy to clean. Just use hot water, swipe with a paper towel and " oh my goodness" it is clean. Want to try the dirty? Like use a heavy load of cheese on a grilled cheese sandwhich... and still hot water and paper towel and u r done. And hey, these things really are pricey on the market, so a scratch here and there is ok as long as it is not nickle deep. Smile. Seriously people, it works so well I enjoy heating up a cup of chili in it. I only gave it four stars cause of the scratches. Did I say scrathes? Overall the price is just fine, cause I believe... if I live that long... I will be using this for a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGG TIME> Smile.
