Product Description Analog Advanced Open French Skillet / SureGrip Handle / Hard Anodized Aluminum / Dupont Nonstick Coating
Amazon.com Review This 8-inch nonstick skillet is the perfect size for an omelet, a burger, or salmon croquettes for one. Part of Anolon's Advanced line of cookware, the skillet is composed of heavyweight hard-anodized aluminum, which heats food evenly with no hot spots. The interior and exterior of the pan are coated with three layers of DuPont's durable Autograph 2 nonstick surface for easy release of foods. Tested by professional chefs, the nonstick coating has proven to stand up to extended use in a restaurant. Oven-safe to 375 degrees F, the SureGrip handle on the pan is made of durable 18/10 stainless steel and covered in a silicone rubber for a safe and heat-free grip. A hole at the end of the handle allows you to hang the skillet from a pot rack. Anolon Advanced cookware is covered by a lifetime limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Very good addition to my cookware July 3, 2008 This little skillet has come in so useful . . . in fact, now that my fruit trees are bearing, I may make nothing but crepes for breakfast for the rest of the summer! With this skillet, it's almost as easy and quick as making pancakes.
Excellent non-stick skillet May 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my second purchase of exactly the same skillet. Most of the cookware I use is the Anolon Advanced because of their excellent heat distribution and non-stick qualities. I have tried others but Anolon Advanced is still my favorite. Allows for healthy essentially fat-free cooking. The outside finish is also very easy to clean.
great pans May 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love Anolon pans. I got this one to complete the set I purchased.
too small March 29, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
LOVE ANALON but this is about the size pan to fry just a egg. I am slowly replacing my pots and pans with analon products. They are great as far as non stick goes you can make anything from ribs to cakes and the pans are as easy as a wipe down. I got the 5qt stock pot also that is way too small. 5 stars quailty 5 stars price [I paid 19] 3 stars for the rest I will never really use this except for saute' onions, peppers etc.
Really outstanding! March 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very heavy and well made. Nothing sticks to it. Easy to clean. Great price too. A must have!
