 everything burns on the bottom November 22, 2008
I have found that cookies, rolls, etc. tend to burn on the bottom with these pans. I think it may be that the bottoms of the pans are just too thick and hold too much heat. I've been pretty disappointed with these pans, and have had much better success with thinner pans.

THIS COOKIE PAN IS WONDERFUL, I WASH IT IN THE DISHWASHER, WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE HANDLES ARE GREAT WHEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN, AND THE NON-STICK IS FABULOUS!!!!

The sheet combines heavy gauge contruction, a low stick surface, and silicone rubber grips in a high quality baking product. This is simply the best consumer cookie sheet ... period.

The Anolon Sure Grip Cookie pan is wonderful. I got before Christmas to bake Christmas cookies and they turned out great. No more sticking to the pan they slide right off. This is a great cookie pan you will love baking on it.
