Product Description Shouldn't you be able to relax and enjoy your food after you spent all that time cooking it? Why waste your effort cleaning all those pots and pans, when Anolon has created cookware that essentially gets rid of cleanup time? Anolon Advanced is nonstick, hard-anodized cookware featuring Anolon SureGripT handles and the most advanced nonstick surface, both inside and out. The SureGripT handles are made of a combination of 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber. The innovative, durable, and ergonomic design provides a soft, cool to the touch, confident grip. They are riveted to the pan for maximum durability. The side handles also feature a convenient loop for hanging. The extra-thick, heavy gauge, hard-anodized aluminum construction is twice as strong as steel, providing incredible durability and offering fast and even heat distribution for perfect cooking performance. The Dupont Autograph 2 Nonstick Surface is an exclusive multiple reinforced nonstick technology that is designed to outlast traditional nonstick coatings, and since it is on the inside and outside, this griddle is even easier to clean, giving you more time to cook.
Amazon.com Review For drop scones or chicken-fried steak, Anolon offers this 11-inch griddle pan from the Anolon Advanced cookware line. Conveniently high sides border the griddle to help contain sausages and thick grilled sandwiches, which might slip out or fall apart over a slighter rim. Constructed in hard-anodized aluminum, the square pan distributes heat evenly while deflecting dents, corrosion, and other signs of wear and tear. DuPont's Autograph 2 nonstick treatment coats the griddle's interior to prevent food attachement for ease while cooking and cleaning. To move contents away from the heat source, a 9-inch 18/10 stainless-steel handle is securely riveted to the griddle's side. Silicone rubber coats the handle for ergonomic comfort. The handle also includes a hole for hanging storage. The griddle sustains oven temperatures up to 375 degrees F for gratins and other baking use. For the best care, wash the griddle pan by hand, avoiding the use of abrasive cleansers and scouring pads on the nonstick surfaces. A limited lifetime warranty covers the Thailand-manufactured pan. The griddle measures 20-4/5 by 13 by 4 inches and weighs 5 pounds upon shipping. --Jessica Reuling

Skillful Skillet September 10, 2007 This is a very convenient addition to the kitchen cookery; food is heated equally and slides right off, without problems. Use of a little PAM (Olive Oil Version) helps the cause. So far, no complaints - great product!
Not so hot March 3, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The worst of my three Anolon pans. Non-stick not as goo, drain spout in corner by handle, should have an assist handle for draining. Great grip, though!
great product January 11, 2007 any analon product i have purchased has lived up to a high degree of quality. This grill has also been a great product. Highly recommended
I like it November 7, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this because I wanted something big enough to fry six eggs at a time. The first time I used it was to fry some eggs on it and they stuck like crazy. I knew from past experience using an Anolon Advanced 10" griddle and our Anolon skillets that that shouldn't have happened. It took a little work but I got all of the stuck on egg off using a Scotch brite and tried it again. No sticking this time so if you want to fry eggs on this griddle before it's been washed a few times you need to do more than wash it in warm soapy water the first time.
